I walked by a stand of the U's newspaper, the Chronicle, and saw this on the front page. Honestly, it is disgusting to me. I cannot think of a bigger waste of our Legislature's time. They should be focusing on more important things than passing a "congratulatory resolution" for the U football team.
(I will be posting belly pictures soon.)

Yes, I agree. There are more important matters to be discussed!
Anyway, can't wait to see your belly pictures! Not much longer. EEEEE I am very excited for you guys!!! Hang in there. Those last few weeks get pretty uncomfortable. Definitely worth the misery though. :0)
Go Utes! Down with the BCS!
The median voter will always know more about college football than about social or policy issues, like who his/her senators are, where the countries we're currently at war with are located, etc. I don't know if there's a way to change that, but newspaper editorial choices might be a start.
46 days to go ... very exciting. Be well.
