Yesterday, we went to Mr. Taco for lunch and then to the park in North Salt Lake.
Ethan really liked the swing.
Brett took him down several slides. I was busy taking pictures, so I couldn't tell if Ethan enjoyed it or not. I'm sure he did. And if not, at least Brett enjoyed it.
After we got home, we took a nap and then had dinner and did fireworks with Ryan and Megan. Ethan was very tired by the end, but he liked watching the firework fountains that Brett bought for him. Megan has pictures of the fireworks; I knew my camera wouldn't take any good pictures in the dark. When she blogs about it, I'll attach a link.Ethan started rolling over consistently this week. He very much wants to be mobile, but as you can see in this video, doesn't quite understand what it takes. He puts his head up to see where he wants to go, then gets busy trying to move. But he seems to think that he has to lift his arms and legs off the ground in order to do it. So he struggles for a while, then looks up again to see how much closer he is, and tries again.
All I can say is, that is one strong boy. You try doing full locust and then once you are all up, wiggle your arms and legs like that.

Isn't life so much more fun with a little baby! I think so... it's so fun to watch them grow and explore the world around them - I love trying to see the world through their eyes. :)
